In order to optimize the harvesting and production processes, we rely on highly specialized bodies such as CREA (Council for Agricultural Research and Analysis of Agricultural Economics) and, for over 20 years, we have been strictly complying with ICEA(Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification) regulations, synonymous of Guarantee, Control and Quality for organic production in all sectors. Since 2023, we have proudly become a consortium member company of the IGP Olio di Calabria consortium.
